Job Summary
Resident Services Manager to oversee office operations at a Seniors Living home, conduct sales-oriented tours for prospective residents, manage appointments, payroll, and billing, create ads with Canva, handle inquiries, and ensure a hospitality-focused environment. Requires persuasive marketing and sales experience, diploma in Office Administration, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, familiarity with Retirement Home Act and Residential Tenancies Act, proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. This is a temporary mat-leave coverage position with reception/office duties, tours, and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Persuasive Marketing and Sales experience required
- Post Secondary Education with a diploma in Office Administration
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity/ability to understand the Retirement Home Act and Residential Tenancies Act
- Experience in an Office and or a Care Home setting an asset
- Extensive computer literacy skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to maintain records, prepare contracts and complete billing
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time-sensitive tasks
- Pro-active approach and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure in busy, fast-paced environment
