Job Summary
Resident Services Manager responsible for handling all resident processes and related administrative work for Westgate Apartments in Manassas, VA. Key duties include delinquency review and collection support, coordinating with the attorney for judgments and notices, maintaining delinquency/bad debt tracking, overseeing Rent Relief program processes, preparing property performance reports, conducting property inspections, resolving resident issues, maintaining office/lease form inventories, processing security deposits, overseeing front-desk operations, and ensuring a professional, welcoming reception. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. with some Saturdays; occasional local travel to inspect property, visit banks, and coordinate with the corporate office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some marketing, sales or customer service experience normally acquired by some work experience.
