Resident Services Manager

Lead Resident Services, Community Resources, the Volunteer Program, Wellness, Fitness/Aquatic Center, Community TV, Pastoral Ministries, and Intermissions by creating opportunities for resident engagement and enhanced quality of life. Support the integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and maintain consistent needs assessments to provide high-quality responses. Recruit, hire, supervise, and train staff across all divisions while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations. Establish relationships with new residents and coordinate services through staff committees and departmental meetings to promote the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of the population.
