Job Summary
Resident Services Manager responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, tenant relations, lease processing and renewals, coordinating resident events, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Community Manager to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained property. Key duties include handling inquiries, qualifying prospective clients, presenting property features, processing lease applications and verifications, executing renewal campaigns, updating reports, assisting with tour routes, and performing concierge tasks to enhance the resident experience. Requires strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills, with availability to work evenings and weekends. High School Diploma or equivalent accepted; prior experience in property management or resident services preferred. On-site role based in Atlanta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service or related experience in an environment involving extensive resident and community relations preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
- High-energy and great with people in person and on the phone
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
- Strong database management skills preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day
