Job Summary
Walk the community daily to ensure physical standards, manage resident relations through tours and move-in orientations, and oversee customer service follow-ups via surveys and text notifications. Lead a team by hosting daily huddles, hiring staff, and addressing performance issues, while reconciling purchase cards and managing vendor keys and IT systems. Prepare resident notifications, review leases, enforce policies, and handle complaints or crime-related inquiries including incident reporting. Plan community events, maintain social media campaigns, and serve as a representative for court appearances. Work a flexible schedule with some weekend and evening hours required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, related field, or its equivalent
- Equivalent experience in residential properties, marketing and website development, or related business operations
- Minimum 2 to 5 years property management experience in onsite office operations, leasing, administration, customer service as well as experience in special events, marketing, and website management
- Minimum of two years' management or supervisory experience
- Experience in customer service positions in hotel properties, rental operations, or related upscale service business
- Valid driver's license
