Job Summary
Oversee resident relations, customer service, and operations for Lenox Farms apartment community; manage assets, financials, vendor relations, and staff, lead tours and orientation, assist with move-ins and annual renewal conversations, ensure lease compliance, and drive occupancy. Coordinate events, marketing, and website management; utilize CRM (Sugar CRM) to manage resident communications and service requests; monitor resident satisfaction (NPS) and coordinate risk and incident reporting; collaborate with Business Manager and other teams to meet leasing and renewal goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 5 years property management experience in onsite office operations, leasing, administration, customer service as well as experience in special events, marketing, and website management preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience is required.
