Job Summary
Resident Services Manager 2 at an exclusive apartment community in Portland, OR. Responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences, driving community occupancy and retention, overseeing daily property operations, coordinating moves and tours, managing customer service initiatives, leading a team, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments to support leasing, events, marketing, and website presence. Key duties include ensuring physical standards, coordinating tours and move-ins, managing resident relations and feedback via surveys, supporting renewal conversations, handling service requests follow-ups, overseeing leases, managing budgets and financial tasks, and leading staff through training and performance management. Preferred qualifications include 2–5 years of property management and a bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Strong emphasis on customer service, professional communication, event planning, marketing/website management, and operational governance. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 5 years property management experience in onsite office operations, leasing, administration, customer service
