Job Summary
Resident Services Field Agents deliver exceptional customer service and support to residents within a San Francisco community. Responsibilities include conducting zone inspections to maintain presentation standards, assisting residents with inquiries and resolutions, managing registrations (rentable items, pets, bikes, CFL), responding to nuisance reports, handling maintenance inquiries, coordinating move-in experiences and amenities bookings (clubhouse, meadow, elevator reservations), initiating renewal conversations, maintaining accurate electronic files and communications using Reva and Yardi, and adapting to process changes as required. The role requires thorough knowledge of the property, events, and programming, and the ability to document interactions and maintain data integrity while supporting resident satisfaction.
