Job Summary
Oversee quality, continuity, and appropriateness of care by directing wellness staff through communication with residents, families, and staff to assure individual care. Review and update service plans according to state requirements, perform and supervise nursing services as needed, and assess prospective residents to determine care needs and potential residency. Ensure individual care aligns with state standards while managing behavioral aspects of senior care. This role supports Savant of Alhambra's mission to enhance the lives of senior residents through exceptional care and engaging programs in a warm, family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year working with seniors
- Knowledge of health factors in seniors
- 2 years people management experience
- Knowledge of medication, dosage, terminology, and medication side effects
- Proven track record of integrity, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills
- 2 Years of Behavioral Management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in the senior care industry
- LVN license preferred
