Job Summary
Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) in Baltimore with weekly travel to DC. Responsible for resident engagement, program coordination, data management, and local partnerships to strengthen service delivery across NHT’s portfolio. Responsibilities include organizing resident events, connecting residents to local resources, developing long-term workplans with the Managing Director, budget management, contracting with third parties, preparing internal and external reports, recruiting/supervising volunteers, and maintaining relationships with service providers and community partners. Requires experience in nonprofit affordable housing, ability to travel to DC weekly, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years nonprofit affordable housing experience
- Proven ability to engage residents and coordinate programs
- Ability to manage budgets and track metrics
- Experience with partnerships, reporting, and fundraising support
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel weekly to DC and work onsite in Baltimore
