Job Summary
Resident Services Coordinator responsible for supporting the Associate Director of Housing in operating residential properties with a resident-focused approach. Manages tenancy processes (viewings, move-ins/outs, rent and subsidy changes), handles communications with residents and external stakeholders, maintains tenancy records (Yardi and hard copy), prepares notices and letters, tracks payments and accounts receivable, and assists with RTB hearings. Performs administrative duties (move-ins/outs, rent changes, reports) and collaborates with maintenance and other departments to ensure occupancy, housing security, and compliant tenancy management. Requires knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid driver’s license plus security checks.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary school graduation
- Certificate or diploma in Office Administration
- A minimum of 2 years related property management experience.
