Job Summary

Resident Services Coordinator responsible for owning the resident experience with proactive communication, timely responses to inquiries (in-person, phone, email, portal), and end-to-end handling of renewal processes to support occupancy retention. Key duties include serving as the primary contact for resident inquiries, providing clear guidance on policies, amenities, billing basics, and maintenance procedures; de-escalating concerns with calm, solution-oriented communication; tracking commitments; coordinating renewal offers and deadlines; managing renewal documentation; routing issues to maintenance, accounting, or management with full context; maintaining professional, resident-facing communications; and supporting community events and service recovery efforts. Skills emphasized include customer service, hospitality mindset, strong written/verbal communication, organization, CRM/property management software proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while staying composed.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
  • Proficiency in property management software/CRM systems is a plus
