Job Summary
Resident Services Coordinator responsible for front desk operations, guest relations, and resident communications, including amenity rental event coordination, theatre and business room reservations, and coordination with management to deliver high-quality service. Duties include greeting residents and guests, responding to concerns with empathy, coordinating with office staff to maintain owner information, ensuring policies are followed, overseeing scheduling and use of amenity spaces, preparing notices and reports, and assisting with mass communications. Requires strong customer service, excellent English communication, proficiency with MS Office and hospitality software, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred). The role involves coordinating with management and staff to deliver hospitable and seamless service in a condominium setting, with a schedule that includes weekend and overnight hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a 2-year or above college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar position and in a similar setting; such as a hotel is required.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Excellent writing skills required for the position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong English communication skills are essential.
- Conversational ability or fluency in other languages, especially Spanish, is always desirable and may also be required at particular site(s).
