Resident Services Coordinator II - The Cascalote

Resident Services Coordinator II coordinates on-site programs at The Cascalote, collects and records data to measure program outcomes, assesses residents' needs, develops strategies to link residents with services, builds community partnerships to bring resources to the property, and may deliver direct services as needed. The role requires collaboration with colleagues and partners, strong verbal and written communication, data management, and the ability to guide residents toward appropriate services and resources. Experience with community assessments, conflict management, supervising staff (preferred), and proficiency with MS Office are valued. This is an on-site position serving a seniors-focused affordable housing community.
