Job Summary
Collect required data for designated program components and record it accurately in the Mercy Housing database while maintaining all reporting requirements for funding and government agencies. Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered regularly, and develop a comprehensive understanding of residents through needs assessments and community meetings to guide them toward appropriate services. Participate in and lead activities within the property and with partner agencies to build professional capacity and enhance working relationships. Maintain confidentiality, manage conflicts, and collaborate closely with teammates to promote resident stability. English/Russian and/or Ukrainian bilingual preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
- English/Russian and/or Ukrainian bilingual preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- English/Russian and/or Ukrainian bilingual preferred.
- Two (2) years experience working with individuals with mental health issues.
- Two (2) years working with senior and developmentally disabled populations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience conducting community assessments, applying the principles of conflict management, and organizing community groups, events, or programs.
- Experience supervising staff.
- Work collaboratively with others in a team environment, respecting the perspectives and contributions of others.
- Demonstrate a high level of verbal, writing, and listening skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Maintain confidentiality and to obtain appropriate release of information as necessary.
- Able to work with people with mental health, disability, substance abuse, legal, and financial issues.
