Job Summary
Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, administer move-in paperwork and home inspections, answer resident questions, and resolve complaints. Maintain curb appeal and supervise cleanliness of the office, models, and common areas; assist in preparing homes for rent-ready status. Plan and execute company-sponsored resident events and provide administrative support at the community center. Develop and maintain strong resident relations and complete CRM requirements for the Resident Journey program. Conduct neighborhood tours and home showings for qualified potential residents and maintain knowledge of lease documentation and policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, MS Office proficiency, and strong customer service and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
- A valid driver's license in good standing
- Proficient with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
