Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise caregiving services for Independent Living residents by recruiting, hiring, and managing caregiver teams. Develop daily work assignments and prepare posted schedules two weeks in advance, while reviewing timesheets and approving PTO requests. Communicate resident concerns, abuse reports, and incident escalations to leadership, and coordinate individual service plans on scheduled and on-call bases. Observe resident abilities, document care needs, and maintain clean work areas while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Requires two years of supervisory experience in senior living, CPR certification, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, or similar senior living setting
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with older adults, families, and staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions, procedures, and company policies
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to lift, bend, stretch, squat, stand, and perform other physical movements related to resident care and oversight
- Manual dexterity sufficient to perform care‐related activities as needed
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Successfully pass required background checks and health screenings per company and state regulations
