Job Summary
Resident Services Coordinator responsible for housing stabilization services for homeless/low-income households; provides counseling and referrals (financial/credit, legal) and develops individualized housing plans leading to permanent housing stability; coordinates services and ensures linkage to crisis intervention, health, benefits, and community resources; maintains comprehensive case files and prepares reports; collaborates with property management and local service providers to build community and support residents' independence; requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of case management experience; valid CA driver’s license, ability to drive participants when required, and flexible hours including some weekends/evenings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field or equivalent field experience
- 1 year of case management experience providing services to homeless or low-income individuals and/or families
- Use of personal vehicles and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance, along with a clean DMV record, is required
- Driving and transportation of participants when required
- Work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings when required
