Job Summary
Coordinate resident programs, manage volunteer engagement, and execute on-site and virtual offerings including tutoring, financial literacy, and workforce development. Assist residents with lease compliance, housing maintenance, and late payments while maintaining regular face-to-face contact to address individual needs. Manage case management data, reconcile program budgets, and produce outreach materials such as flyers and newsletters. Bilingual in English/Spanish with a Bachelor's degree; full-time role with occasional evening and weekend support.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent prior experience in Human Services, Social Work or related field
- Must be able to move items weighing up to 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous employment, internship or volunteer experience working directly with underserved populations
- Experience in the field of human services
