Resident Services Associate OPT 11p-7a

Assists Residents with all daily life functions (ADLs such as hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation) in a friendly, respectful manner using memory-care techniques to minimize stress and maximize cooperation. Ensures continuity of activity programming in the absence of supervisory roles, supports fellow RSA colleagues to complete tasks, and maintains accurate documentation in Resident records. Performs personal care tasks, assists with meals, housekeeping, laundry, infection-control practices, and responds to resident requests while upholding resident dignity and privacy. Requires ability to lift/assist residents, communicate effectively in English, and adhere to regulatory requirements; enables safe, compassionate care within a Memory Care environment.
