Job Summary
Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges while providing light housekeeping, laundry services, and general upkeep of community areas. Prepare and deliver meals, beverages, and special requests to residents. Engage with families to maintain positive rapport and encourage resident participation in activities under the Life Enrichment Director's direction. Provide administrative support for record keeping, care planning, and shift reporting. Work 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with a high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to read, write and follow written/oral instructions in English
- Current CPR and/or First Aid
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist
- Ability to stand and walk 90% of working hours
- Passing a background check
- Passing a drug test
- Participating in vaccine programs (e.g., Covid-19, Flu, TB testing)
