Job Summary
Provide hands-on care to residents in a premier senior living community. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), escort residents to meals and activities, and support residents’ physical, emotional, and psycho-social well-being. Follow policies and the Nurse Shift Supervisor/Director of Wellness instructions. Full-time position with one weekend shift per week. Certifications as a CNA, Personal Care Attendant, or Home Health Aide required. Prior experience with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus. Must speak/read English; experience with geriatric populations preferred. Maintain calm, compassionate, and respectful demeanor while delivering care.
