Job Summary
Resident Services Aide/Home Health Aide needed at The Bristal Assisted Living. Provide hands-on care to residents, assist with Activities of Daily Living, escort residents to meals and activities, support residents' physical, emotional, and psycho-social well-being, follow policies, and take direction from the Nurse Shift Supervisor and Director of Wellness. Roles available as Full-Time and Part-Time with shifts 7a-3p and 3p-11p. Prior CNA/PCA/HHA certification and experience with geriatric residents preferred; English proficiency required; compassionate, reliable, and gentle demeanor essential.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
- Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia a plus
- English language proficiency (read/write)
- Geriatric care experience preferred
