Job Summary
Provide hands-on care to residents as a Resident Services Aide/HHA in a full-time role at The Bristal Assisted Living. Responsibilities include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), escorting residents to meals and recreational activities, supporting residents' physical, emotional and psychosocial well-being, and following policies under the supervision of the Nurse Shift Supervisor and Director of Wellness. Requires CNA/Personal Care Attendant or HHA certification; experience with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus; English proficiency required; geriatric population experience preferred. Must be reliable, caring, and gentle, with the ability to work with diverse resident needs.
