Job Summary
Resident Services Aide at The Bristal Assisted Living (Lake Grove, NY) — provide hands-on care and companionship to residents, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), escort residents to meals and activities, support residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being, and follow policies under the Nurse Shift Supervisor and Director of Wellness. This on-site, full-time overnight role requires English literacy, compassion, reliability, and experience with geriatric care and dementia. Duties emphasize safety, individualized routines, and a respectful, dignified approach to care; work one weekend shift per week (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thurs).
