Resident Service Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate move-in activities, Onesite documentation, and resident communications to ensure move-in satisfaction and ongoing resident service quality. Manage move-in orientations, track service requests, oversee package handling, and support leasing/renewal team collaboration. Use CRM to manage resident relations, service requests, and communications; conduct property walkthroughs of move-in ready apartments and daily amenities; assist with back-up tours and prospect inquiries; ensure adherence to company policies and Fair Housing laws; contribute to reporting and administrative tasks across the community operations. Must balance customer service with administrative duties and support to the Resident Services Manager/Community Director.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in business administration or equivalent, preferred
- Minimum of two years of office experience
- Minimum of Two years’ experience in residential properties, rental operations, hotel or related business operations is preferred
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
