Job Summary
As a Resident Service Specialist at a brand-new lease-up apartment community in Riverside, CA, you will craft an exceptional resident experience through move-in coordination, proactive communication, and reliable service delivery. You will conduct move-in orientations, ensure timely follow-up with new residents, scan and manage move-in documents in OneSite, oversee pending tasks, handle walk-in traffic and inquiries, manage resident communications via voicemails, texts, and emails, utilize CRM to maintain resident relations and service requests, perform daily property checks to ensure amenities and units meet standards, and provide back-up receptionist coverage and reporting support to the Resident Services Manager and Community Director. Strong customer service, conflict management, and professional communication are essential to success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent required
- Associate degree in business administration or equivalent preferred
- Multi-family and/or hospitality operations experience
- Experience working in an office setting
- Customer service experience
- Ability to handle conflict management effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
