Resident Service Nurse / RN

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Coordinate care plans with families and interdisciplinary colleagues while serving as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel. Ensure safe administration of resident care and resolve service concerns within the scope of nursing practice and the Nurse Practice Act. Requires an unencumbered RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Shifts vary with a flexible schedule, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.
