Job Summary
The Resident Services Coordinator will coordinate independent living supportive services for residents in Trinity Tower, including monitoring and scheduling supportive services, managing contracts for services, and staffing wellness assistants. Responsibilities emphasize delivering exceptional resident/family/customer service, maintaining a safe, confidential, and compliant office environment, and supporting residents’ needs through proactive problem-solving and collaboration across departments. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and crisis-intervention skills, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities to support aging residents and ensure quality service within the Trinity Health/Senior Living Communities system.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in human services, human development, gerontology, sociology, social work or a related field
- Knowledge of the aging network, normal and pathological aging process, and intervention techniques is preferred
- Must possess crisis intervention skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact with diverse audiences
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple duties with attention to detail
- Ability to research, analyze, and assimilate information from on-site or virtual sources
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
