Job Summary
Handle resident maintenance questions, concerns, and complaints by taking service requests via phone, in person, or email and entering them timely. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in prioritizing requests for service technicians or vendors based on importance. Check phone messages and emails consistently to ensure no requests are missed. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds while traversing stairs in various weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
