Job Summary
Coordinate programs and assist residents with obtaining services at apartment communities in Jamaica Plain, MA. Role involves working with community agencies, ensuring residents access needed supports, and delivering results through problem-solving. Requires 2-3 years of social services experience, strong communication and organizational abilities, and a bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory). 32 hours per week, part-time, based in Jamaica Plain with apartment communities; compensation includes a benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in social services delivery with elders, families, and/or persons with disabilities
- BA in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services preferable; a four-year college degree is fully acceptable
- strong communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills
