Job Summary
Coordinate programs and assist residents at apartment communities in Charlestown and Swampscott, MA, to connect them with services and collaborate with community agencies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services (or equivalent four-year degree) and 2-3 years of social services experience with elders, families, or persons with disabilities. Must have strong communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills. Required Qualifications
