Job Summary
Support residents with housing stability, public benefits, budgeting, and referrals while providing mediation, crisis support, and coordination with Property Management. Build relationships with residents to host community-building activities and connect them with local programs, services, and leadership opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service plans. This role requires proficiency in Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Mandarin and is based in Davis, CA, with a Monday-Friday schedule of 40+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in social services
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Vietnamese or Mandarin
- Cultural competency and experience working in diverse, low‑income communities
- Strong communication, judgment, and relationship‑building skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- CPR/First Aid & food safety certs
