Resident Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Facilitate engaging move-in orientations for new residents and conduct thorough audits of products and inventory. Carry out light cleaning inside and outside the property, perform routine maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and air filters, and execute bi-weekly inspections of vacant inventory. Manage lockbox access, conduct occupancy checks, and deliver documents to local municipalities while making utility payments in person. Drive a company-issued fleet vehicle throughout the assigned market, adhering to all Fair Housing, ADA, and FRCRA laws. Requires weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalence
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledgeable of water valves, circuit breakers and other home basics
- Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal laws governing Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws pertaining to real estate or leased properties
- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Customer Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times

Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management program
- Experience with property management principles
- Experience working in a customer service or sales role
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-growth company
- Proficient in Spanish, both reading and writing
