Job Summary
Coordinate general business office activities and serve as the first point of contact for residents, resolving questions and concerns while referring issues to appropriate staff. Plan and implement social and recreational programs, prepare service requests, and work with contractors to ensure jobs are handled appropriately. Maintain working knowledge of leasing policies, fair housing regulations, and company procedures to ensure compliance. Perform administrative functions including answering calls, screening mail, scheduling appointments, and managing files and records. Requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service and resident retention experience. Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $40,072 to $56,151 annually.
