Job Summary
Advocate serving as a liaison between residents, businesses, and Canton Township to improve service delivery. Responsibilities include providing information and assistance to residents and businesses, assisting with navigating policies and procedures, coordinating community events and partnerships, educating residents on government services, preparing letters and reports, tracking issues and updates, and supporting emergency access. Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree, at least two years of customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must possess a valid Michigan driver's license and be able to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
