Resident Self Storage Property Manager

Conduct day-to-day operations of the Glacier West Self Storage facility in Belair, WA, by performing daily site checks, property inspections, and adhering to cleaning standards. Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails, assisting customers with unit selection, collecting payments, and contacting delinquent occupants. Manage daily and weekly reports, surveys, inventory, and maintenance tasks while serving as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors. Use power tools as required for site upkeep. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work independently, and open availability for an 8-hour day shift.
