Job Summary
Full-time Resident Relations Supervisor at Action Property Management for the luxury HOA, MIRA, in San Francisco. You will lead front desk operations, supervise the front desk team, ensure high-quality customer service, schedule shifts, conduct training, coordinate with other departments, maintain records, and prepare weekly/monthly operational reports for the General Manager. Required Qualifications
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, property management
