Job Summary
Resident Relations Consultant provides first point of contact for residents and families, assists Community Administrator with day-to-day property operations, handles leasing inquiries and application requirements, collaborates with the Certified Occupancy Specialist on waitlists and leasing, fields phone/email inquiries, distributes notices, coordinates with maintenance to manage work orders, ensures common areas are clean, and documents incidents; schedule includes Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM and Saturday-Sunday 9 AM–5 PM, with a part-time, office-based role at Leisure Manor/Sacramento site, offering benefits such as 401K, EAP, life insurance, sick leave, and a supportive culture.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years' experience with Seniors, preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
