Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for current residents by responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests while coordinating with maintenance to ensure timely resolutions. Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, explain lease terms and amenities, and follow up to close leases and achieve occupancy goals. Manage resident communications, notices, and community updates, track lease expirations for renewal outreach, and collect required leasing documentation. Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. Work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, reporting to the Property Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Fair Housing practices
- Previous experience in multifamily housing, leasing, property management, hospitality, or customer service preferred
