Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for current residents by responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests while coordinating with maintenance to ensure timely resolutions. Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and explain lease terms, amenities, and pricing to close leases and achieve occupancy goals. Manage resident communications, track lease expirations for renewal outreach, and ensure all documentation is completed and compliant with Fair Housing regulations. Collect deposits and maintain accurate resident files. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays, earning $18–$20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Fair Housing practices
- Previous experience in multifamily housing, leasing, property management, hospitality, or customer service preferred
