Resident Relations Director

Job Summary
Directs resident relations, planning and evaluation of resident orientation and services; supports Sales & Marketing with all resident move-ins and on-site transfers to maintain occupancy across all levels of care. Oversees pre-move-in inspection, documentation, and smooth transition into the community; coordinates with Maintenance and Executive leadership as needed. Maintains resident satisfaction through feedback collection, problem-solving, and a QA program; handles inquiries and communications to Sales & Marketing; ensures compliance with policies and drug-free workplace standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- At least three (3) years of progressively responsible work experience in the senior living industry or related field
- Working knowledge of practices and procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to senior living care
- Must have positive Criminal Background Screening
- Must possess valid driver’s license and have an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) record; the record must be checked annually
- The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy
- Related four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
