Job Summary
Onsite role at the management office front desk handling resident greetings, directing lines, informationProvision, and coordinating resident events. Supports leasing/property management with phone, fax, rent-related tasks, move in/out scheduling, and compliance paperwork (e.g., Tax Credit). Leads office support tasks (filing, mail, photocopying) and maintains property calendar and vendor logs. Requires 1-3 years of receptionist/administrative experience; proficiency in MS Office; strong communication with residents, vendors, and teams; ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Schedule Thursday-Sunday 4 pm–midnight in a 222-unit market-rate property in downtown Minneapolis area, with a focus on resident satisfaction and operational support.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of receptionist and/or administrative assistant experience
- experience in leasing / property management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
