Resident Project Representative

Manage consultants performing work of considerable difficulty and assist in coordinating construction of facilities with other District departments. Provide administration and technical expertise and leadership for collection system and facility improvement projects. Verify project conformity to contract documents, evaluate change order claims, and review contractor submittals. Prepare technical reports on construction and engineering problems and solutions while performing construction observation and making necessary field inspections to determine existing conditions. Meet with government officials, consultants, and the public to communicate District policies and responsibilities. Oversee Management Team or subordinates as required.
