Resident Program Coordinator

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate resident activities, events, and outings to support physical, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being. Develop recreational, educational, social, cultural, and wellness programs while encouraging participation and fostering social connection. Set up and organize activity spaces, gather feedback, and adjust programming to meet resident interests. Serve as a liaison between residents and internal departments, communicating schedules and maintaining attendance records. Collaborate with nursing, dining, and other teams to build positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.
