Job Summary
Resident Physical Therapist at St. Louis Children’s Hospital to provide skilled physical therapy services in the Young Athlete Center and MLS, including evaluation, treatment planning, and on-site rehabilitation in the sports medicine/residency setting. 12-month program offering post-professional clinical and didactic opportunities, with clinical mentoring, research experiences, and weekly education sessions; work in training rooms and during field coverage for STL City academy, with weekend and evening coverage. Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and patient care responsibilities; supervision by athletic trainers/physical therapists on site; licensing and ongoing credentialing expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Physical Therapist License
- No Experience
- Preferred Doctorate in Physical Therapy (PT)
- 2-5 years (preferred)
- residency in Sports Physical Therapy (preferred)
