Job Summary
Provide manicures, pedicures, and hand/foot treatments tailored to mature residents in a residential care setting. Create a clean, calming, and safe service environment while building warm, trusting relationships through kind, respectful interactions. Use techniques and products suited for mature nails and skin, and follow all hygiene and sanitation protocols. Sign-on bonus available; no evenings or weekends; 55% commission-based pay with structured installments contingent on probation, 6-month, and 1-year milestones. Experience with older adults or healthcare settings is a plus; strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and compassion are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist
