Job Summary
Monitor custody, security, and facility maintenance while ensuring resident accountability, enforcing rules, and documenting transactions for money, medications, and visitors. Observe and document resident activities, assist counselors with programming including home visits and substance surveillance, and conduct internal and external inspections to uphold health and safety standards. Maintain general housekeeping duties and follow all emergency procedures, policies, and operations manuals. Accept reassigned shifts as needed to staff the center during work stoppages.
Required Qualifications
- Due to contractual obligations, applicants must identify as a MALE for this position.
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
- demonstrated ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergencies
- Must have one year of paid work experience
- Will accept reassigned shifts without advanced notice
- Attend and participate in all required appointments/meetings
- Some meetings/appointments may be scheduled off-site
