Job Summary
Resident Monitor (Part Time, 7pm–7am) at DeCoach Recovery. Provide a safe, structured milieu and non-clinical crisis intervention, act as a supportive listener, maintain client documentation, assist with routine facilities and administrative tasks, transport clients to offsite activities, participate in supervision and trainings, facilitate groups and structured activities, and perform shift-change handoffs. Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent and being 21+, with emphasis on confidentiality, professional boundaries, and upholding a drug-free environment. Required Qualifications
- 21 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Maintain professional boundaries with clients and coworkers
- Maintain documentation as required by policies and procedures
- Support a positive, pro-social, drug-free environment
- Engage in crisis intervention when needed
- Provide non-clinical client support
- Attend supervision and trainings
- Transport clients to offsite activities as needed
- Participate in shift changes and handoffs
- Facilitate groups and structured activities
- Perform administrative tasks (office tasks, client chart reviews, answering phones, greeting guests, copying, filing)
- Comply with mission and policies of the organization
- Support mental health and well-being in the community
