Resident Monitor Part Time - 7am to 7pm

Job Summary
Provide a safe, secure, structured milieu for clients; act as a non-clinical resource offering crisis intervention and active listening; maintain documentation and reports on client activity; perform facilities maintenance and administrative office tasks (e.g., client chart reviews, answering phones, greeting guests, copying, filing); transport clients to offsite meetings/activities; participate in monthly supervision and required trainings; facilitate groups and structured activities; conduct 30-minute shift change with verbal shift reports and key handoff; perform other duties as requested to support mental health and well-being in the community.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years old
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Maintain professional boundaries with clients and staff
- Documentation as required by policies and procedures
- Support a drug-free environment and positive pro-social atmosphere
